Cranberry Relish Recipe

Cailin McNulty

This cranberry relish is a perfect alternative to a traditional cranberry sauce, and definitely better than the stuff from a can! It is extremely quick and easy, and can be made a couple days ahead. A huge hit in our family!

  • 16 oz bag fresh cranberries, washed
  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1) Pulse cranberries, orange and apple in a food processor until evenly chopped and chunky

2) Transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients

3) Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Approximately 16, 1/4 cup servings
